| The plan already in motion is to extend this monument-lined street from Luxor Temple to Karnak Temple. All they have to do is remove existing buildings in the way, dig up the sand-buried statues and brush them off! Things were calm in Luxor. However, our plane took a wide swing of Libya to the north Mediterranean on its way here. We found out after we got there about the no-fly zone over Qaddafi-land imposed by US/European allies. |
